Recently, Professor Dong Shubin, an expert from Chinese Northeastern Nationality Study Center of Jilin University, published an article entitledPromoting Chinese-Style Modernization with the Whole-Process People’Democracyin the second issue ofStudies on Marxism 2024.
The article pointed out that the Communist Party of China gave birth to the whole process of people's democracy in the process of leading the people to explore the process of Chinese modernization, and the development of the whole process of people's democracy is the essential requirement and core meaning of Chinese modernization. In the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way, we should use people's democracy in the whole process to solve the problems of large-scale state governance, meet the people's yearning for a better life, realize the organic unity of material modernization and human modernization, achieve modern reconciliation between man and nature, and contribute Chinese wisdom to the building of a community with a shared futurefor mankind.So as to comprehensively promote Chinese modernization. Through the centralized and unified leadership of the Party, we will give full play to the advantages of good governance and people's democracy throughout the process, ensure that the Chinesemodernization always moves in the socialist direction, ensure that all the people share the fruits of modernization, and work together to promote the Chinese modernization.
