Research on the Construction of People’s Livelihood Systems in Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,authored by Professor Han Xiping, an expert of the CNNSC, has been officially published and selected for inclusion in the 2022National Philosophy and Social Science Achievements Library.
This book primarily focuses on specific livelihood issues faced during the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, including education, employment and income distribution, healthcare, old-age care, support for vulnerable groups, and housing. It systematically reviews Marxist theories on people’s livelihood, summarizes the basic experience of the Communist Party of China in addressing livelihood issues, examines and studies livelihood security and improvement from the institutional level, analyzes the specific constraints that hinder the resolution of livelihood issues based on facts, and explores reasonable and effective institutional arrangements to address these issues.
